OTIS – Guida alla progettazione

Topgraf has developed for OTIS Italy, one of the biggest manufacturers of vertical transport systems in the world, a new tool to allow the design of elevators and escalators in the simplest and fastest possible way. Through a guided multiple choice, it is possible to accurately identify the most suitable system for the type of construction in question and therefore access all the related technical documentation.

This tool is available on the web at http://guida-alla-progificazione.otis.it, which can also be reached from the link in the “Tools Online & Downloads” section of the OTIS corporate website http://www.otis.it/.

In addition, Topgraf implemented the version on APP, available on the Apple (iTunes) and Google (Play). stores.

This version extends the potential of the software for different devices in offline mode and is automatically updated, in the presence of a network, at each periodic update release.

The Spare Parts Project of EVOCA was fulfilled in 1994. At the time the company name was Zanussi Vending. This was the first project of Topgraf srl in the field of customised software development for the after sales support (after sales solutions) such as Spare Parts Management and Orders, Technical Documentation Distribution, Warranty Management, Maintenance Plans, Intervention Reports, Data Collection, remote devices management and IoT (Internet of Things).

Plurima – 4Tracking APP

Logistic tracking system

Through this APP developed by Topgraf for Plurima, we are able to certify transport for its duration and for the temperature constraints it has to maintain in order to establish:
– The acceptability of the samples for possible laboratory tests
– The acceptability to the use of products that require transport temperature restrictions (food, fabrics, drugs).
– The certification of the logistical aspects of transport, both for the tracking of the goods transported and for the accounting of the service.

In summary the app offers these functions:
– Registration of the beginning and end of the operator shift;
– Registration of start and end of transport, with service sheet of the vehicle: km, supplies, accessories status, middle state;
– Tracking of loading / unloading operations, based on planned or unscheduled border (loaded packages, classification of the material, association of temperatures, operational anomalies, non-co-ordination of packages, signature of operators);
– The identification of each traced entity (operator, means, steps of loading / unloading, borderò, bubbles, containers, packages, probes) can be done with barcode, qrcode, nfc.

The app is continuously synchronized with a support website for logistics operations and operational and diagnostic verification of vehicles and smartphones.
The web site / service is equipped with connectors for integration with enterprise systems or TMS (Transport Management Systems) or WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), for the exchange of planning and final data for travel and temperatures.

Management of Spare Parts and Technical Documentation linked to products

The project mainly aims to research and order in a simple way (mainly through the use of graphic tables or EXPLODED) to the manufacturer through the Web, the Spare Parts related to more or less complex equipment and products. Through the use of new technologies such as Smartphone / Tablet and QRCode and / or other proximity mechanisms (NFC, Bluetooth 4) the project also allows to easily distribute technical documentation to the qualified maintenance technician without the need to be seated in front of a computer At the office.

The software solution is provided in HOSTING at the TOPGRAF infrastructure or appropriately installed at the client’s Farm Farm. A BASIC solution is foreseen that includes most of the functionalities present in the system, while the CUSTOM solution provides mainly in addition direct integration with the Management Systems internal to the Company (ERP, CMS, PDM …) to manage for example the product availability and price lists, APPs, warranty spare parts management, E-commerce. Partiricambio.it is geared towards service technicians, who have access to the entire library of documents (Installation manuals, Use and Maintenance Manuals, Wiring Diagrams & Plumbing, Bulletins and Technical News) in different languages ​​associated with products . As far as the SPARE PARTS are concerned, thanks to user profiling, it is possible to associate products, price lists and specific consultation languages ​​for each registered user. The numerous search filters (textual and / or numerical) and the graphical navigation based on the Explosions (3D tables) allow a quick identification of the Spare Parts to be replaced. The E-Commerce module allows the C.A.T. and / or to the Distributor / Dealer / Agent to place purchase orders (B2B) or to purchase in real time (B2C). The use of the APPs on personal communication devices (Smartphones and / or Tablets) allow immediate access to the documentation and / or spare parts and / or other specific data (eg Warranty) of the individual model / product to the registered user based on immediately available information (registration number and / or barcode and / or QR Code).
